Self esteem activities are simple. In order to boost self esteem, you can start by making a list of your strengths, for instance, creativity, enthusiastic, cooperative, friendly and flexible. You can make a list of the things you admire about yourself, for example the way you have raised your kids, your spiritual growth, the relationship you have with your sister. The lists you can come out with are endless. You can make a list of your 5 greatest achievements in this life, or a list of how you can reward yourself, or a simple list on what you can do to make you laugh.

Another one of our self-esteem activities is a practice will help you reinforce your self image. Sit down alone and give your 10 minutes. In that time range, write as much as you can about your achievements, talents and attributes, positive ones only. It is alright for you to repeat them over and over again and do not worry about spelling or grammar. Once your time is up, read the list to yourself. Keep it safely in your wallet or pocket and read it to yourself a few times a day. Read it aloud in a private space and if possible read it to a good friend or family member who is supportive.

Affirmations are also a good way to increase your perception of your own self worth. Positive statements such as 'I deserve to be alive', 'I love myself. I take good care of myself. I go for daily exercise. I eat well.' are simple yet effective. These affirmations should be repeated toy yourself from time to time.
